Good restaurant, good eating, very respectful workers But you only have to wait 20 minutes for a Shawarma meal

Its seat is nice and the food is delicious, but it opens late and its meals are a bit cheaper

Tastes very good and I'm always happy to be there. There is a star deduction because orders are often mixed up or something is missing in the order. At peak times you shouldn't have a problem waiting over an hour for the food. But that happens very rarely. The music is pleasant and matches the interior design and the Cham line. Portions are large and the price is fair.

I don't mean to be over the top, but who sells Shawarma (Arabic kebabs) without Napkin? Salad was also a fork. I would have to borrow a fork from other restaurants. These things cost nothing. But when you talk about food to go, it's essential. Brosted Hänschen wasn't done fried either.

Very tasty, top Syrian dishes. I can really recommend it. Since unfortunately only "take away" can be ordered at the moment, I recommend eating there in the restaurant after the part lockdown ... but you will anyway once you have tried the food ??

Waited 10 minutes with other customers, nobody was interested. Employees prefer to smoke instead of serving customers. At some point we ran out of patience and left the store.

We wanted to try an Oriental restaurant, and we weren't disappointed by our choice. The decoration was relaxing, the service very friendly, and the food so pleasing. It was my first time to try the popular meat Shawarma and I absolutely loved it! An instant favorite. Highly recommended.

was in this restaurant one time during a short visit to Köln very good Syrian food, Tabuti, Sawarma, Maschawi as well as Krispe .. quality of the food, people who are working their, prices as well as restaurant decoration .. every thing was more than ok... thank you for your services ... as in German (gerne kommen wir wieder :) , danke )

We wanted to try a new Arabic restaurant and found this one online. Ordered shawarma both types and falafel. The price is bit more expensive than all neighborhood restaurants. The taste of the white sauce on the falafel was brilliant and the garlic paste was also super. The size of sandwiches is very good but the meat inside both was a blackened and thus didt taste at all. Service is friendly but very very very slow and irresponsive... not sure I'll come back again.

Happened to come across the restaurant. Was a direct hit! Delicious and very nice staff. A falafel dish for 4 €. I have seldom had it so well in Germany but often more expensive.

This is for 12EUR!!!!!! The Resturant was bad at the start; and now its going worse! Good people but bad offers and not even standard quality.

Delicious middle east food. The Falafel are my favourite. The waiter was also kind and friendly.. What I did not really like was the slow service. I had to wait a little bit long for my food. P.s.: It will not be a bad idea to change the decoration also a little bit. It is a taste thing, but I feel better when the restaurant is good decorated and this can also be a reason why the people would choose to eat in your restaurant :-) Maybe some simple middle east decoration (Pictures, plates, colors and so on.. ) Best wishes to the Cham Restaurant ☘
